The Cleanrth FlyLight is the size of a common A-19 light bulb that fits into most common light fixtures. Flying insects attracted to the LED light, such as flies, moths, no-see-ums and more, are vacuumed in where they are cleanly and safely trapped out of sight.

FlyLights only consumes 9-watts of power while the brightness is equivalent to a 75 watt halogen. It is only slightly larger than a common lightbulb so it can be used in most common light fixtures.

The Daylight Bulb is 6500K temperature with a bright, blueish color.

The Warm Bulb is 3000K temperature with a softer, orange color.

What flying insects does this device target?	This device is designed to attract and trap flying insects that are naturally drawn to light. Common target pests include flies, gnats, moths, aphids, and similar small flying insects.
What about mosquitoes?	Mosquitoes are not primarily attracted to light, so they are not the main target of this device. That said, if mosquitoes fly near the unit, the vacuum system can still pull them in and trap them. Many users do see occasional mosquito capture
How does it catch flying insects?	Once insects approach the light, the built-in vacuum system pulls them inside and traps them securely.
How much area does one bulb cover?	This device doesn’t rely on a fixed coverage range—it works by attracting insects to its light and pulling them in. For best performance, it should be one of the more noticeable light sources in the area. In darker or low-light environments, insects are drawn in quickly. In larger or brightly lit spaces, adding additional units or placing them where insects are most active will help maximize results.
Will the bulb fit my fixture?	The bulb is slightly larger than a standard household light bulb, measuring about 3 inches wide. It’s designed to fit any common U.S. E26 socket, so it works with most lamps, recessed (can) lighting, and standard light fixtures. In most cases, installation is as simple as screwing it in like a regular bulb.
Cat or Dog Safe?	Yes, it’s safe! We designed this device to emit ultrasonic sounds in a range that is above the average hearing range of humans, cats, and dogs.

The Rotating Insect Net — Where Bugs Check In (but Don’t Check Out)

The middle ring contains the net that traps and holds insects. It spins in place. No pulling or pushing.

Place your thumb next to the window and twist the middle ring (left or right) to open.

Twist to open for easy emptying. Twist back to fully close before use.

Make sure the net is closed before turning the FlyLight on.

HOW MANY DO I NEED?

Most people ask how many square feet the FlyLight covers—but that’s not quite how it works.

Flying insects don’t stay in one place; they move from light to light. As they pass near the FlyLight, they get pulled in and trapped. The more FlyLights you use, the more opportunities you create to catch them.

HOW DO I EMPTY IT?

After you turn off the light switch and remove the FlyLight:

BUT HOW DOES IT WORK?

Air is pulled in from the bottom of the FlyLight and pushed out through the side screens. This creates a continuous circular airflow around the bulb that pulls flying insects in and keeps them trapped inside.
