Bed Bugs spread by hitchhiking rides on clothing, in luggage, and in bed bug traps. To prevent the spread of bed bugs; we cannot accept returns of used Cleanrth Bed Bug Traps!

This strict requirement is in place to:

• Prevent the spread of bed bugs, which have been classified as health and safety hazards by both the CDC and the EPA
• Protect the delivery workers, their families, and their co-workers
• Protect our workers and keep our work environment bed bug free

Should you need to initiate a return, please reach out to us for a return authorization within 30 days of purchasing your Cleanrth Bed Bug Trap. We do require customers to cover the return shipping costs, it's our way of prioritizing safety and maintaining a clean environment for everyone.

How does a return work?
